Sarah Naudé

Managing Partner

Sarah is an Industrial/Organisational Psychologist with 18 years of experience in some of New Zealand’s largest organisations. Sarah has consulted in the manufacturing industry; worked in senior organisational development roles; and spent five years working as a Psychologist and Specialist Officer in the New Zealand Navy. Sarah holds a Masters of Applied Psychology (Honours).


Matt Stanley

Managing Partner

Matt’s career as a senior HR leader has spanned 20 years within three major corporates in NZ and Australia. Matt has most recently been the Head of Remuneration at Telecom New Zealand. He has a strong background in remuneration design and execution, executive assessment and development, performance management, and executive coaching.


Emma Morris


As a Consultant at Propero, Emma works largely in the Board Evaluation practice, with particular focus on analysis and report generation. She also conducts in-depth research into current best practice and modelling.

Emma has a post graduate diploma in Industrial Work and Organisational Psychology from the University of Auckland.

Jacob Smith-Jude

Associate Consultant

As an Associate Consultant at Propero, Jacob works largely in the Board Evaluation practice, with particular focus on analysis and report generation.

Jacob holds a Conjoint BA/LLB with a Major in Psychology. He has a passion for working with people and providing high-quality service.

Rebecca Vanpraseuth

Project Coordinator

As Propero’s Project Coordinator, Rebecca is responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of projects and is the first point of contact for clients.

She holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a Major in Management, from Victoria University of Wellington.
